Once you have added the desired items to your cart, follow these instructions:

1. To order as a guest:

Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter all the required information.

Choose the payment method.

Click ‘place order’.

2. To order with an Almeen Aesthetics account:

Log into your account.

Click on the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter all the required information.

Choose the payment method.

Click ‘place order’.

After completing your order, you will receive an SMS/notification confirming its placement.

You will be provided with the order number, details of the order, and the amount due. For any concerns, please call or email us.

Unfortunately, the order cannot be modified once it has been placed.

You may reach out to our team via call, WhatsApp, or any of our official social media channels to cancel your order. Please note that the order can only be canceled if it has not yet been processed by our team.

Click on the “Forgot Password” reset button.

A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.

Open your registered email and reset your password.

Customers cannot open the parcel/order before payment is handed to the delivery team. In case of damage or defects, please notify us via phone call or email.

We currently do not offer gift wrapping or shopping bags.
